Our Training Philosophy
The Speed Academy Athletics Club is a high level training environment. We believe in a holistic approach to training that focuses on technical development as well as mental performance and recovery.
Our Coaching Staff
Our coaching staff is made up of dedicated professionals who are passionate about bettering the lives of student-athletes through mentorship and sport.
All of our coaches are minimum NCCP Coach certified, Canadian Red Cross First Aid Certified and committed to ongoing professional development.
Our Athletes
Our student-athletes are the heart and soul of our organization. We are proud of their hard work, dedication and achievements both on and off the track. Here, education is always the top priority. Our members have continued their athletic careers at the post-secondary, national and international level. We pride ourselves on the excellent sportsmanship, commitment and conduct of our members.
Our History
Founded by Coach Tony Sharpe in 2006, what started as a small club of six athletes has grown into the nation's most competitive sprint club.
