Speed Academy Finish 2nd in AO Overall Indoor Championship

The University of Toronto won it's third straight Indoor Overall Club Championship - but not by much.

Going into the final relays meet, UTTC, which opted not to compete in the relays championship, led Speed Academy by a seemingly unsurmountable 87 points.

Speed Academy, however, showed up in full force, scoring 60 relay points to finish second overall 228 points to the UTTC's 255. Laurel Creek had a strong showing in the relays as well, scoring 69 points to make their overall score for the indoor season 207.5 points.

London Legion (198), Flying Angels (163) and York University TC (131.5) finished in 4th, 5th and 6th positions overall.

University of Toronto TC also took the Senior and Midget club championships and their Juniors placed 3rd while their Bantams were equal second.

Laurel Creek was victorious in the Junior category, beating out London legion 85.5 to 79 points. Speed Academy was best in the Youth category while Flying Angels easily topped the Bantam category.
